Office (vendor: Microsoft) is a suite of office productivity applications.

Office Enterprise 2007 for Windows includes:

• Access - a relational database.
• Excel - a spreadsheet application.
• Groove - collaboration workspace.
• InfoPath - data collection and information management tool.
• OneNote - notetaking and management application.
• Outlook - an email client and contact manager for Windows.
• PowerPoint - a presentation graphics tool.
• Publisher - publication layout and design application.
• Word - a full featured word processor.

For use by Brown University faculty and staff only. User authentication is required. Students may obtain Microsoft Office through the Microsoft Student Select Program.

Under the Microsoft Campus Agreement, Office may only be used for Brown-related projects, whether on computers owned or leased by Brown University or on computers personally owned by covered users. Covered users are defined as faculty and staff of Brown University.

Office must be uninstalled when the user is no longer affiliated with Brown University, and may not be installed on computers belonging to other institutions.
