Known incompatibilities with Brown Environment: It may not be possible to connect to Brown's VPN service through certain personal or corporate firewalls. CIS' VPN FAQ has information regarding which ports need to be open, but Help Desk Specialists may not be able to assist in the configuration or support of users' personal firewalls.
