Installation Notes
  • It is advised to download and run the 7.2.2 updater.
  • MacVector 7.2 is a Carbon application that can be run natively under OS 9.x or OS X. The installer automatically creates all of the required files for either style of OS no matter which OS is running during the installation. If you are running OS X, you may get an erroneous message during installation claiming that a System Folder is required. When you dismiss this dialog, installation will proceed normally.
  • The first time you run MacVector, you will be prompted to enter a serial number. The serial number for both MacVector 7.2 and AssemblyLIGN is 500510.
  • In the unlikely event that MacVector reports missing extensions or frameworks when running under a different version of the operating system, try running the installer a second time to correct the problem.
  • If you experience further difficulties, contact MacVector technical support.
