Leave Mail on Server
This Eudora installer enables the "Leave mail on server" option, a setting that causes incoming messages to be transferred to your computer and also left on the mail server.
If you use Eudora for email but sometimes use an alternate email client such as Outlook Web Access (OWA), the "Leave Mail on Server" setting permits access to your mail from both Eudora and OWA. If this setting is not enabled (as in previous configurations of Eudora), your mail is transferred to your local computer and deleted from the server.
If "Leave mail on server" is set, you should periodically delete mail off the server so you do not exceed your email quota. You can use Eudora's "Delete from server after _ days" setting to automatically delete mail from the server a specific number of days after reading it.
See the Eudora Help file for more information on the "Leave mail on server" and "Delete from server after _ days" options.
