Warning! Linux software is unsupported by CIS. Install and use at your own risk.
Instructions for Ubuntu 8.04 (intentionally left non-specific to accommodate various configurations):
- Download the Brown.pcf file from our software download page.
- In your package manager, install kvpnc, vpnc, and network-manager-vpnc (you must have the 'universe' repositories enabled).
- Open KVPNC from the main menu.
- Use the 'import PCF file' feature of KVPNC to import Brown.pcf.
- You should now be able to connect to the Brown VPN concentrator from your Linux box.
